Terms of Service

iKAG is a digital marketplace that connects independent service providers (“Guys”) with customers (“Users”) for booking and delivery of services. iKAG: • Does not directly provide services listed on the Platform. • Does not employ Guys. • Acts solely as an intermediary facilitating bookings, payments, and communication. All Guys operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for the services they provide.

You must: • Be at least 18 years old. • Provide accurate and complete registration information. • Not have been previously suspended or banned. iKAG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3.1 General Users Users must provide: • Full name • Email address • Other required onboarding details 3.2 Guys (Service Providers) Guys must provide: • Legal name • Email address • Government-issued identification (including NIN for verification) • Valid payout bank details iKAG may conduct identity verification and fraud screening. Failure to complete verification may result in restricted access.

Guys are solely responsible for: • Accuracy of listings • Pricing • Service quality • Legal compliance iKAG may remove or modify listings that are misleading, fraudulent, or violate these Terms.

5.1 Contracting Party for Services • The User purchases the service directly from the Guy (service provider), and not from iKAG. • iKAG is not the seller, contractor, or direct provider of the booked service. 5.2 Upfront Payment, Collection Agent Authorization, and Debt Discharge • All bookings must be paid upfront via the Platform. • By creating and maintaining a Guy account, each Guy formally appoints and authorizes iKAG as the Guy's limited payment collection agent solely for services booked on the Platform. • Payment by a User to iKAG for a valid booking is deemed payment made to the Guy for that booking, and the User's payment obligation (debt) to the Guy for that booking is legally discharged in full at the moment iKAG confirms receipt. • After receipt of payment, and depending on job progression and dispute outcome, iKAG may either: (a) release funds to the Guy, or (b) refund funds to the User. • Where a full refund is issued for a booking, no outstanding payment debt remains between the User and the Guy for that refunded booking amount. 5.3 Settlement Timing and Resolution Flow • Payouts to the Guy are subject to a deferred settlement schedule pending completion signals, compliance checks, or dispute review. • If a dispute is raised before a job is marked complete, the scheduled settlement to the Guy will be paused pending investigation, after which iKAG will execute the payout or issue a refund in line with Section 8. 5.4 Platform Fees iKAG charges service fees as follows: • For bookings below NGN 10,000: A fixed platform fee of NGN 500. • For bookings above NGN 10,000: A percentage-based fee of 10% of the final agreed booking amount, subject to a maximum cap of NGN 10000. Platform fees are deducted before payout to the Guy. Fees may be updated with prior notice.

• Initial listing prices may be subject to negotiation via in-app chat. • Once both parties confirm a revised amount and payment is processed, the final agreed price becomes binding. • Platform fees apply to the final agreed amount.

Users and Guys agree: • Not to bypass the Platform for payments. • Not to exchange personal contact details to avoid platform fees. • Not to process payments outside iKAG for services initiated on the Platform. Violation may result in: • Immediate account suspension • Withholding of funds • Permanent ban

All communication related to bookings should occur via in-app chat. In the event of a dispute: • Either party must file a dispute within [Insert X] days of service completion. • iKAG may review in-app chat, transaction data, and other submitted evidence. • iKAG may request additional documentation. iKAG reserves sole discretion to: • Release funds to either party, • Split funds between parties, • Issue a refund to the User. • Refund Authorization: By operating on the Platform, the Guy expressly grants iKAG the authority to negotiate, deduct, withhold, or issue full or partial refunds to the User on the Guy's behalf, based solely on iKAG’s dispute resolution determination. If a refund is issued, the Guy agrees that they forfeit any claim to that settlement amount from iKAG. Decisions are made based on available evidence and platform policies. iKAG’s determination shall be final. iKAG is not obligated to conduct investigations beyond reasonable commercial effort.

You may not: • Engage in fraud or misrepresentation. • Harass or threaten other users. • Post illegal or misleading listings. • Attempt to bypass platform fees. • Use the Platform for unlawful activities.

• Payouts/settlements are processed to the verified bank account linked to the Guy’s profile. • iKAG integrates with Paystack for payout processing. • iKAG is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment providers.

iKAG is a technology platform, not a service provider. We are not liable for: • The quality, safety, or legality of the services provided. • Any acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or default of any Guy or User. • Injury, loss, or property damage arising out of or related to a booked service. Maximum liability of iKAG arising out of any booking shall not exceed the total platform fees collected by iKAG for that specific disputed booking.

iKAG may suspend or terminate accounts for: • Fraud • Policy violations • Payment circumvention • Abuse or misconduct Funds may be withheld pending investigation in cases of suspected fraud. Account Deletion Requests • Guys can request account deletion from within the app. • Deletion may be blocked or deferred while there are active bookings, unresolved disputes, pending payouts, or unsettled settlements. • When eligible, iKAG may hard-delete provider account data while retaining required transactional/dispute metadata by detaching provider references in retained records.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
