How do I know a professional is legitimate?
Every professional on iKAG is identity verified and vetted before they can take a single job. You also see their rating and completed job history in the app before you book.
When is my money actually taken?
You pay once you and the professional agree a final price. That payment goes into escrow held by iKAG — not to the professional. It is only released after you confirm the job is done.
What if the work is not done properly?
Raise a dispute in the app before you confirm completion. The scheduled payout is paused while we review the in-app chat, transaction record and any evidence either side provides, and we can issue a full or partial refund.
What does iKAG cost me?
Platform fees are ₦500 flat on bookings under ₦10,000, and 10%, capped at ₦10,000 on bookings above that. The fee is deducted before payout, so the price you agree is the price you pay.
Which areas do you cover?
We are live in Enugu and expanding across Nigeria. The app matches you with professionals close to your location.
Can I keep talking to a pro outside the app?
We ask you not to. Paying or arranging outside iKAG means there is no escrow, no verified record and nothing for us to review if something goes wrong — so you lose every protection the platform gives you.
